      Billboard Goddess Standard Return Policy;

      The Billboard Goddess return policy us our 100% guarantee. Because every goddess is important to us if you are not satisfied with our product, returns are available within 45 days of purchase. Buyer must pay all return shipping costs.

      Specifications;

      Our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and fall within the below specifications;

      Eligible For Returns:

      -Damaged product
      -Different size or color sent from your originally placed order

      Exempt from Returns:

      We do not accept return or exchange requests for products that are intimate such as lingerie items and swimsuits. All cosmetics are non-refundable including face creams, lipsticks, eyeliners and mascara's are also non-refundable.

      Other non-returnable or exchangeable items:

      -Change of mind
      -Change of color
      -Change of size

      We encourage our goddesses to refer to our sizing tables, standard sizing knowledge if there isn't one, and to double check that you chose the right size at checkout. If the supplier sent you the wrong item or size, your item qualifies as 100% refundable. Please send us a photo of your size tag and we will begin the refund process immediately. We apologize in advance for the error and will even send you a complimentary free item along with your proper order.

      Evidence of Product:


      All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph of the item that is damaged or not to your liking in quality. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Email us at: sales@billboardgoddess.com and we will provide the domestic returns P.O Box.

      Partial Refunds:

      There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

      -Poor quality product

      If you do not like the product finding it poor quality, please contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience and only sell high rated top trending products, with great quality. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed immediately! We value your opinion so much that we will even consider not selling the product anymore on our billboards because of your valued feedback! Only the best for our goddesses!

       

      Exempt from Returns:

      Any item that is returned more than 45 days after purchase will not be considered or accepted.


      Refund Processing:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

      Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

      If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
      Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@billboardgoddess.com

      Sale items (if applicable):

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless for exceptional reasons like damages.

      Exchanges (if applicable):

      We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Change of size or color is exempt from exchange due to online merchandise inventory stored in warehouses located internationally. Naturally with ecommerce stores exchanges are not possible without storefront services. Due to being an online retailer, we do not issue regular retail store exchanges. For exceptional reasons you can email us at for review. If approved, customer must pay all shipping & handling and processing takes 20-60 days.


      Gifts:

      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will be notified about your return.

      Shipping Costs:

      You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Once your item arrives to us, you will receive the refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking provided to us on higher priced items.
